Looking for two roommates, male or female ok. I'm a single 33 year-old guy who works 40 hours a week and also runs a business outside of work. Easy to get along with, I just ask that you be employed, responsible and respectful. Previous rental history and/or referrals preferred. No long-term committment, but 6 months would be the minimum, unless otherwise agreed upon. Very large living room area, nice sized kitchen, fully equipped garage gym, manicured lawn, shared bathroom.
