We have a beautiful, brand new 2400 sq. foot house. We just built a pool and hot tub. the backyard is nicely landscaped and surrounded by an 8' board on board fence. Inside the house you will find a pool table, a poker table, and a 60" HD TV complete with TIVO and surround sound. The room for rent is about 12x12, and is furnished with a brand new queen size bed, if needed. The closets are custom built, and the windows have wooden blinds.
