This house is next to Proud Lake State Parkin wealthy area, completely updated with everything you need except food, inlcuding a housekeeper to do your laundry/clean and inground pool! We have and allow child friendly pets. We have a single mother roommate already and will allow another roommate with 2y/o or younger boy or any age girl to share room with 5y/o girl.
