It's very close to the university campus and downtown. We have a pool outside and you get your own room, bathroom, and balcony. I just moved in so I'm still adjusting. Good neighborhood. We have to pay utilitys along with the 475 for rent. It's not too much though. Everything works and they provide all maintenance if anything breaks.
