The public spaces (living/dining/family/Arizona/kitchen/breakfast nook) are well appointed and fully furnished. The guest suite is private and can be fully or partially furnished. I travel extensively (70%) across the Western US and am seeking a home-body who will be a great companion to my dog, Gabriel, while I'm on the road.
