I have 4 rooms for rent at this 3000+ sq ft house. i just bought this house recently as it was just finished building. i prefer 2 have respectful, responsible, fairly clean, nice, no-drama, student females in the household. i hope that the living environment can be fun & laid back. one room has a walk-in closet & the other has a private entrance w/2 two-car garages. i'll b a soph. at ucr & i'm really easy to get along w/. xswtshining starx at yahuu or nine oh nine too tree won oh for sicks nine.
