40 year old Split level home. Very roomy. Basement: Huge bedroom for rent. Sub-basement: Family room & office. Main Floor: Kitchen, dining room, living room. Top Floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. To move in, you must pay $700.00. That would be first and last month rent + $100 deposit. No exeptions. We do not have room for dogs. As of now, we have 3 new kittens, 2 cats and a bird. We only have a front yard. Children are fine, but it is $300/room.
