Awesome cabin close to campus. Move in date/lease term is negotiable. I am already out because I got a new job. My room mate is female, friendly, and super clean. Our cabin is furnished beautifully, and our deck over looks the new river. Close to campus, but still feels like a real mtn cabin. Close to appal cart.
