I have a 2 bd 2 bath apt in Lake mary/sanford area. I would like someone who is responsible, clean, and has no drama. rent will be $450 plus electricity($25 per month) I have a good sense of humor. I smoke, but outside only. I go out every now and then...but not too much. My ex and I broke up and he left and took all the furniture and isn't gonna pay his rent. Classy huh?!
