NO DEPOSIT. Beautiful HUGE 3000 sq. foot home to share with quiet responsible fun loving roomates. I took a job I do not want to leave but I have to. Fenced back yard with friendly sweet dog. Fairly clean but roomates are extremely busy so you will have alot of privacy. But they are very sociable when home and easy to get along with. 1 mile from campus with plenty of parking. Easy location for bus as well. NO DEPOSIT. I will eat the cost.
