Summary
I'm looking for a nice, safe, clean, positive home environment. My current lease ends 31JUL06. I work 8-5. I usually come home during lunch. I ~need~ to have a W/D in the home, a private room and bath. I have an apt full of stuff right now. I can either bring the items along or put them in storage. Just depends on the situation. I'm not looking to pay more than $350/mo including utilities. I am willing to bump up the price a bit if the place really deserves it.
