I am a working professional and grad student in mid-twenties who is looking to find a responsible individual to rent the basement apartment in my Lorton, VA town home (Gunston Corner off of Silverbrook). The VRE and 95 exit are located within minutes of the home. The basement has 1 large bedroom, living room w/fireplace and a full bathroom. All Utilities are included in the monthly rent, including internet. The only exception is telephone. There is a washer/dryer as well as a full kitchen.
