I am pretty easy going. All I ask for is that the place be a fairly well kept place, tidy, friendly, relaxing. I am a 27yr old guy that just moved here from Australia. I don't know the area too well, but I like to get out and about. I exercise regularly and play sports when I am not working so I am not a permanent fixture to the couch.
