I'm actually looking for somebody to take over my lease for me. You'd be sharing the apartment with my roommate, who is 22 years old and is very nice and easy to live with. She'll be moving out in Mid-May, which means you'd get the apartment to yourself until the lease is up, on August 10th, and there'd be no increase in your rent. I'm looking to move out as soon as possible, so a quick response is appreciated. The complex is near the U of A, shopping, and various restaraunts.
