I have a two story house that was built 2 yrs ago. It is in a surbarban neighborhood. It is about 5 miles from the USF campus. The room is the room is 12.4ft by 10.8 w/ a walk in closet. Currently, I have 2 roommates, one will be moving out shortly b/c she doesn't pay the rent and the other will be moving out in the beginning of Aug. For the time being the upstair's bathroom will be shared put after wards it would be a semi private bath b/c it is also the guest bathroom.
