I'm looking for a nice, clean, reliable, respectful, drug-free FEMALE roommate (preferably 24-32 y.o.) to share my gorgeous new 3-bedroom, 1950 sq ft house in Tampa with. The house is fully furnished; you will only need your bedroom furniture. Your room has a spacious closet and a full, private bathroom. RENT PAYMENT: Your rent is $875 before utilities. They're split evenly between us and will not exceed $150-200 (electricity, water, Internet, Spectrum TV).
