The apartment is located over a tattoo parlor. The whole apartment is 800 square ft. I am renting the front room. The room is large with large windows w/blinds facing out onto High St. and Norwich. The room is carpeted. I orginally planned on living in the apartment by myself, but money wise I can not do that right now. The person who rent the room must like dogs. It's great location for any OSU student. Willing to negotiate on rent amount if interested in adding utilites.
