Single mom of 3 older kids w shared custody. Very clean & easy going. Keep to myself, work a lot, & when home, spend most of my time working in my shed/shop. Rent includes large furnished room (use your own furniture if preferred), all utilities, WiFi, access to kitchen, laundry room, living area, & private bath. Rent also includes food, laundry soap, and parking space. Large back yard w patio, gazebo w bar & fire pit. Smoking ok outside, NO drugs, NO random visitors, must have references
