Larger home in quiet neighborhood. Looking for 1-3 relatively quiet and clean roommates, have three separates rooms available ($500 - $600 each depending on size/ceiling fan/parking option). Rooms are all upstairs on second floor and surround the upper living room. Prefer a professional who is a non-smoker or will commit to only smoking outside. I am a 39 year old newly divorced male, professional who works from home, and I have a very friendly German Shepard/Huskey mix dog. No kids & non-smoker
