We have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a fenced backyard in our end unit townhome. The bedroom available is on the third floor (where all the bedrooms are). There is a bathroom in the hall which will primarily be yours, but we sometimes use. There is unassigned parking in the development or street parking (about 100 feet away from the front door). We
