Just so not to deceive, I am presently a Brunette. The apartment that I have is very nice, (1043 sq ft), with a separate laundry room in within the unit, and in a gated community. Aside from its own great ammenities, it is located next to a golf course, and has excellent access to shopping, a wide variety of dining, salons, an LA Fitness, etc. I desire a roomate that is responsible, laid back, and fun to be around. All I expect is that my roomate be honest, clean, and timely with the rent. All u
