The basics -i'm 24, female, i keep common areas clean (my room would be another story), love animals (i do have a small kitten who is just super adorable, i can pay a pet deposit if necessary, i just don't want to leave her at my parents house, she's fixed and litter box trained), i pay bills and rent on time, i don't do drugs, i drink responsibly (usually only when i go out, occasionaly at home with friends, really not that much though), i am a meat eater, i'm funny, nice, laid back
