Very laid back, easy going environment. There is a small fenced off yard in the back. Garage available if you really need it. I do have a son that will visiting every other week and during the week sometimes. The room is furnished and the property is gated off. There is a security system but it's not activated. There will be cable but no TV in the living room so you can bring one. Also if you have living room furniture I can make room for that.
