A great house within a couple blocks of downtown Royal Oak (I am literally 2-3 blocks from all the bars, restaurants, shops, etc. But at the same time there's no traffic, I have a big yard, a fireplace, all new appliances, a 2 1/2 car garage, great neighbors, etc. - all the parts I missed when I lived in Chicago).
