A private bedroom includes queen size bed , two closets , and a tv . Private restroom as well , and washer and dryer available . Internet , water , lights , apps all included in rent price . Willing to rent weekly or monthly or up to 6 months . I like communication , don't have pets so not open to someone who has a lot . Don't mind smoking or drinking prefer cigars not in the house though . Kid friendly . I'm chill , stay to myself and work for apple at home . Not alot of friends
