Hi my name is Tim, I have a full time job during the week and have the weekends off. I’m very easy to get along with. The apartment is in a very desirable location near PGA Blvd. & US1. Waking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping and Palm Beach State College. The apartment also has recently been renovated, new tile throughout and the kitchen and bath were gutted and refurbished. Plenty of off street parking. The apartment also has dish washer & laundry washer & dryer available. Won’t last.
