Two bedroom townhouse (or bachelor pad depending on how you look at it), with 1.5 baths. Spare bedroom is the one for rent, full access to the rest of the house. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, stove, fridge, etc. Just bring your own consumables. Room is somewhat furnished with pretty descent stuff, otherwise I can throw it in storage if you've got your own furnishings. Oh and there's a community pool. Rent is negotiable but (60% me/40% you) on PG&E, cable (and internet).
