Home will be completely furnished. Upstairs would be yours and any other roommates. 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 bathroom and a small living area. Very private upstairs. My wife and I have 2 dogs and will accept most pets but cats on a case by case basis. Home has a neighborhood pool. Rent is $600 not including utilities. There will be a cleaning service bi-weekly included in the rental price. Month to month contract. Further questions send a message.
