I'm an actor/writer/teacher. I've lived in this GREAT 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for a number of years now! So far, I have been really lucky/blessed to have rented the other bedroom to some really great people! Even though I am gay, I am far from the stereotypes. The apartment is close to Universal Citywalk. I'm looking for someone who brings a "positive energy" with them. (And who pays the rent on time every month.)
