There is a deck, screened patio, POOL, fireplace and a vaulted ceiling living room. Very nice :-) If you like to have fun and are a positive kind of person, we will get along just fine! I have never had trouble getting along with anyone and consider myself a pretty good roommate. I look forward to hearing from you!!! You would have to pay 1/2 utilities, phone and cable and the house is furnished, minus your room so you'd need a bed :-)
