I'm a PhD candidate in Psychology at Iowa, originally from Canada. I need a new roommate beginning in August. It's a nice house in a great, quiet neighborhood, full of families and older people, away from the noise of downtown, but also still close to downtown. I walk downtown every day for work, but it could also be a short drive, and it's close to a city bus stop. It's off Highway 6, relatively close to the Sycamore Mall. The landlord is great and responds very quickly to any issues.
