3 laid back guys looking for another roommate come September, anyone welcome to check it out. Rent is $300, we split utilities (usually in the $80 range a month). We are reasonably clean, all professionals, though I'm also in graduate school. We just want someone who is responsible, respectful, and can pay on time. We're not a party house, but occasional casual get-togethers are alright.
