Great location: close to 405 and the 10, walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, Bally's, Sony. Roommate's moving next door with his GF. The apartment is pretty much furnished (except for your room). Rent is 700, we'd split power and cable/internet ($40-$50 a month altogether). I'm a recent college-grad.
