I am a 42 year old single woman. I am very (extremely) clean. I have a good job and would like to rent a smaller place as I currently rent a 2-bedroom. I do not buy alcohol to drink at home and hardly go out, so there will absolutely be no parties, etc. I am very quiet. I usually go to my brother's house or up north to visit my family on weekends. I do have two cats and they have always been indoor cats, never "go" outside the box and I would leave in my room if okay.
