I have a loft downtown Springfield that I am looking for a roommate for. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath loft near the court house. Needing someone that can pay 625/month plus half of utilities and half of internet. I have no intentions of getting cable or satellite. I work overnights, so I'm looking for someone gone during the day, or can be fairly quite. My GF has a puppy that will be staying quite regularly as well. I do not drink/smoke and expect the same out of my roommate. Please contact with Qs.
