I am a 29 year old male. I need someone to share rent and utilites. I have the 1st floor of a 2 family flat, 2 bdroom 1 bath. There is a large living area, a decent sized kitchen, a finished room in the basement for 1st floor use, a yard and open basement for storage and what not. It is a good sized apt and there is a washer and dryer in the basement, no dishwasher though.
