Two bedrooms and private full bathroom on top level. Shared kitchen. We have a 32 pound friendly dog. No cats, an extra dog in the house is very unlikely. Professional couple, mid 40s, we own the house and we are very busy. Looking for busy professional or student that has a life outside the house. We work early so we can't have late nights/loud houseguests. HOA requires a one year lease for renters.
