I'm a laid back guy that just moved up from wilmington. I like to have lots of fun on the weekends but take it easy for the most part unless something pops up during the week. Its a nice place and there are alot of perks to living here such as a gym, golf course, tennis courts, volleyball and pools. pets are cool, i like dogs better than cats but i like cats too, fenced in back yard so u can just let him out. bills arent that bad and they are negotiable as is the rent if need be.
