Me and my husband are looking for a roommate for our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the Mariners Wharf Apartment Complex in Orange Park by the Mall.Rent is $375 a month and you buy your own groceries. $375 includes your half of the rent and utlities.We have a washer/dryer,microwave and all that. Your room comes with a mini fridge and nice sized walk in closet and it is the 2nd largest room out of the 3 rooms.At the complex there are 3 pools, a gym, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball
