I have a furnished room available in a three bedroom apartment in Astoria one block away from the subway (n/w line).I am the lease holder and there is one other roommate. Also two twin cats. We are non-smokers. I am a decorative painter part time and a full time artist's model. This is a large apartment with a 32 foot living room and 1 1/2 baths.
