I am renting 2 rooms to one person, they can use one of the rooms as an office or whatever. I do have a 140 pound english mastiff. So renter must like dogs. Very nice area out of the city but close to things. Cherry creek runs behind they neighborhood with open space and trails. The rent is $500 plus half untilities.
