Am a consultant from Kansas City, looking for a room to rent while here in San Francisco. Have three projects here that may be up to a year long, so want something that I can have available for a while. Am a professional, have no strange habits, am married, middle-aged, quiet. Will come and go some - perhaps out here for a month, then home for a couple weeks, back again for a while, like that. Hotels are too expensive, looking for an alternative.
