Hello, I’m searching for a roommate to move in as early as 10/14/19. My condo is a two bedroom two bathroom completely newly renovated with hardwood floors and updated appliances. It’s mostly fully furnished, with room for minimal additional furniture in the shared living room. I’m less than a mile from the ocean, it has plenty of parking, dog friendly- with some size limitations. I work as a bartender during the week but I’m always quiet and courteous.
