My husband and I are looking to rent one of the spare rooms in our 3 bedroom house. We live in the princess anne area. We are quiet and respectful people who are pretty much home bodies. We are both in our 30s and work most of the day. You will have full access to the kitchen and living room anytime. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. We are asking for 800 plus 1/4th utilities.
