I'm leaving to study in Germany next semester, i need someone to sublease for 4 months. My room is 13 feet by 15 feet with a walk-in closet and extended hallway in a house with 4 other guys. Bathroom is shared with 2 of the roomates. House includes Garage, Living room with 60inch TV and couches, Poker/Study room with 9ft poker table, Hot Tub and Pool in the backyard, washer, dryer, Kitchen with dishwasher, and Room is completely furnished with Desk, 2 Dressers and a Full sized bed.
