Private townhouse in upscale apartment complex. The first level has a huge living area, large kitchen, and half bath--all of which I have furnished and you can use too! The second level has the laundry and 3 bedrooms. I would be willing to split the rent in half where we could both use the smallest bedroom as a den/office area, costing you $975 or you could rent one room for $675. Utilities (including gas, electric, and tv/wireless/phone) are around $150/pp a month.
