Hello!! My name is Lashon Grant. I am currently looking for a room to rent with a private bathroom, it doesn't have to be furnished since I can provide my own bedroom suite and bathroom supplies. As far as rent goes, I am looking to pay between $350 to $450 max on a month to month basis. I work both a full time and part time job plus I go to both UTA and El Centro colleges as a double major. I do not really have a problem living with either a man or a woman as long as we both can co-habitat.
