We have a large 4 bedroom house in Sycamore Park located 1 mile south off of Kolb & I-10, large living room and back yard, full size kitchen, laundry room and large garage. The garage is mostly for out motorcycles and vehicles parked in the driveway and in front of the house. Both of us are in the military and one also going to college part time, very laid back and easy to get along with. Your portion of the rent would be $500 a month.
