About this household
The house is old but in a decent shape and our landlord is pretty responsive to our requests. It is about 20 min walk from Ballston metro and less than 5 min bus ride. We used to take metro to work every day so commuting is absoultely no problem. There are three bus stops, two for ART bus and one for numerous metro busses within a very short walking distance. Plenty of street parking with a driveway for one car( whomever comes home first ). Openhouse is Sunday(3/27) from 11:30am to 2:30pm.
