I am a 3rd year med student looking for a dependable roommate to share a 2 bedroom 1 bath upstairs home I am renting. It’s located in South Highlands. The space includes a huge, private, sunny bedroom, furnished living room, kitchen, sunroom, dining room, and shared bathroom. Laundry room with use of washer and dryer included as well. The rent is $425 plus 1/2 of the utilities, internet and water. This average out to about $600 a month. Must like cats as I have one.
